This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for credit packs and subscriptions purchased through the service.

Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Unused credits generally do not expire unless a product page or checkout page states otherwise. If you purchased the wrong pack or a payment was made in error, contact support as soon as possible.

Refunds for credit packs are reviewed case by case. Credits that have already been consumed by generation or conversion jobs are generally not refundable unless required by law or caused by a service-side billing error.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing interval shown at checkout. You may cancel from your account billing page or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access and credits remain available through the current paid period unless otherwise stated.

We generally do not provide refunds for partially used billing periods. If a technical or billing issue caused an incorrect charge, contact support and we will review the request.

Failed Jobs

If a generation or conversion job fails due to a service-side processing error, consumed credits may be returned automatically or by support review. Failed jobs caused by unsupported files, policy violations, or user-provided invalid input may not be eligible for a credit refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@your-domain.com with:

  • the email address on your account;
  • the order or invoice number if available;
  • the reason for the refund request;
  • any relevant screenshots or task IDs.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method by Creem. Processing time depends on Creem and your payment provider.
