This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using this image-to-STL and 3D model generation service.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect information such as your email address, name, avatar, login provider, and authentication session data.
Uploaded Files and Prompts
When you use the service, we may process images, 3D files, text prompts, generated model files, task metadata, and preview/download information. We use this information to generate, convert, preview, store, and deliver your requested outputs.
Usage and Technical Data
We collect usage data such as features used, generation mode, credit usage, task status, timestamps, IP address, browser type, device information, and logs needed for security, debugging, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
Payment Data
Payments are processed by Creem. We do not store your full card number or CVV. We receive payment confirmation, subscription status, billing metadata, and related transaction identifiers from Creem.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide generation, conversion, preview, download, and account features;
- manage credits, subscriptions, refunds, and billing records;
- secure the service, prevent abuse, and enforce usage limits;
- respond to support requests;
- improve product reliability and user experience;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, and payment-provider obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use user-uploaded files or prompts to train our own public AI model.
3. File Storage and Retention
Uploaded source files and generated outputs may be stored in cloud storage and served through content delivery infrastructure. Source files are kept only as needed to provide the service and operate abuse, security, and support workflows. Generated outputs are retained according to the plan or retention period shown in your account.
Payment records and invoices may be retained as required by law. Account data is retained while your account remains active unless deletion is requested and retention is not required for legal, security, billing, or fraud-prevention reasons.
4. Third-Party Services
We use third-party service providers to operate the service, including:

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS, access controls, short-lived upload URLs where appropriate, and provider-level storage protections. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Children's Privacy
The service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact support and we will take appropriate action.
