Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of this image-to-STL and 3D model generation service. By creating an account, uploading files, generating models, or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service Does

The service lets users upload supported images, enter text prompts, convert supported 3D files, preview generated 3D results, and download STL or other supported output files. Generated results are AI-assisted drafts for 3D printing and inspection workflows. They are not guaranteed to be exact CAD reconstructions, dimensionally accurate engineering parts, or production-ready models without review.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Credits, Billing, and Subscriptions

The service uses credits. Generation and conversion costs are shown before you submit a job. Fast image-to-STL generation currently starts at 2 credits; Standard and Advanced modes may use more credits; optional features may add credits.

Free accounts may receive starter credits for trial use. Paid credit packs and subscriptions are processed by Creem. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. We do not store your full card number or CVV.

Subscriptions renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout. You may cancel a subscription from your account billing page or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise required by law or payment-provider rules.

Billing and refund requests should be sent to support@your-domain.com. If a refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment method by Creem.

4. Your Files and Generated Outputs

You keep ownership of files you upload and outputs generated for your account, subject to any rights held by third parties and the rights required for us and our service providers to process your request.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to upload source images, prompts, and 3D files. Do not upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Source files are stored temporarily to provide the service. Generated outputs are retained for the period shown in your plan or account interface. Please download important outputs before they expire.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use the service to create, upload, request, or distribute illegal, harmful, sexually explicit, NSFW, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited content.

We may block jobs, remove content, suspend accounts, or refuse service when we believe use violates these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, payment-provider requirements, or applicable law.

6. Supported Inputs and Outputs

Supported image inputs may include JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WEBP. Supported 3D conversion inputs may include formats such as OBJ, GLB, and FBX where enabled. File size limits, available output formats, generation modes, and retention periods may vary by plan and feature.

7. AI Output Limitations

AI-generated geometry can be useful for creative drafts and printable STL workflows, but results may contain defects. Before 3D printing or using any generated file, inspect scale, manifoldness, wall thickness, orientation, supports, and slicer settings. You are responsible for reviewing generated files before use.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the website or communicated through the product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
